At Tagomago, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Tagomago account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the products are unused and in their original packaging. Securely pack the items and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
